Citizens Caring for Children
Citizens Caring for Children supports children in foster care by meeting their material, emotional, and intellectual needs. Our members wrote encouraging cards for children in foster care at the MPS District Leadership Meeting in October.
Operation Gratitude
Operation Gratitude is an organization that sends care packages to deployed service men and women. To assist this organization, FCCLA members handwrite letters of encouragement. These letters are then sent with the care packages.
Holiday Surprises
In December, members and students collect money for families in need. The school's leadership class then purchase the requested items for the families. The families selected to receive assistance are families with students that will eventually feed into Southmoore High School.
